Our skilled selection team telephone pre-screen and benchmark in line with a client’s pre-defined criteria to uncover the talent and potential necessary to be put through to the stage 2, which for graduate level will usually consist of a written or online psychometric test.

Applicants who succeed past these initial screening stages are then invited to attend or call in for a competency based interview.

For the final short-list of applicants placements on an assessment centre programme and a client-led interview are arranged.
