Recruitment Process Outsourcing can involve the delegation of the entire recruitment procedure to a trusted recruitment partner. Where a company employ a large number of non-core workers, i.e. workers whose skills and knowledge are NOT unique to that organisation it is often cost effective and of benefit for the retention of those workers to employ the niche skills of an outsourcer who has an in depth knowledge of a particular workforce.

OSP’s onsite recruitment teams have extensive knowledge and experience of the workforces they recruit. We will only offer onsite interviewing and assessment where we can assure a client that we will deliver greater value than an in-house HR team.

We manage each interview and assessment day according to pre-agreed criteria in line with the client’s strategy and take-on objectives. Assessments are role related and where applicable uncover applicant potential to grow the business.
