Telephone Screening Interviews

An essential element of our recruitment processing services is the pre-employment screening prior to interviewing. Through our telephone pre-screening process we are able to demonstrate a consistent non-discriminatory technique of sifting applicants on behalf of a client using an agreed format tailored to the job role, from unskilled workers through to graduates.

In the current climate of legislation & growing levels of discrimination proceedings this method of selecting candidates for interview is proving both popular and robust. Reassuringly, we remain accountable for each part of the recruitment process we manage on a client’s behalf.

Our trained interviewers input all responses given by the applicant and this information is automatically scored according to the client's criteria. At the end of the telephone screening interview an applicant can be informed whether or not they are through to the next stage of the recruitment process.

If the skill set and experience necessary for the job role requires a second detailed competency based telephone interview this is then arranged. Alternatively a face to face interview/assessment date (either with OSP or the client) is given to the candidate.
